The control adopts large-scale integrated circuit and SCM operating
system. Solidified program setup ensure that external interference factors
fail to change operation logic, and the product has the features of powerful
interference rejection, high sensitivity, stable and reliable operation.
The sensor adopted in this product is made of stainless steel materials and
characterized by anticorrosion, anti-jamming, high precision, good reliability
and simple installation (the sensor can be directly placed into liquid for
control).
Upper and lower level can be freely adjusted according to users'
requirements. LM4 series liquid level controller and liquid level sensor can
substitute existing floating ball or dry reed pipe to reconstruct old equipment.
In addition to super-high, super-low water-level alarm, this product can
inform maintenance staff to repair under abnormal operation of water
pump and guarantee the system's normal working.
In case of power on again after power failure, liquid level automatic
control device can auto judge the situation, implement auto control without
manual intervention.
Dual pump alternative operation: when dual pump alternative operation
mode is adopted in dual pump water supply (drainage) system, two pumps
will alternatively operate, and both remain intermittent operation status, this
can avoid the problems such as water pump corrosion due to long-period
off-duty of standby pump in "one use and one backup" operation mode of
dual pump, as well as electric motor in capable of operation due to wetting.
Auto operation of standby pump: when dual pump "one use and one
backup" operating mode is adopted in dual pump water supply (drainage)
system, and in case of water level abnormity due to the failure of pump
operation circuit, electric motor, pipeline or pump, the standby pump will
auto start operation. Although the operation is faultless, insufficient water
supply (or drainage) capacity will lead to abnormal water level, in this case,
the standby pump will also automatically put into operation to assist operation
pump; when two pumps concurrently work until restoring to normal water
level, standby pump will be automatically out of service.
